This place has amazing food but truly this place stands out from any other breakfast place because of the staff and management. Everyone was so unbelievably kind and attentive. The food was top tier alone but I think this is the best service I’ve ever had in a restaurant. I was with my 1 year old and he has food allergies and Jen the waitress did an amazing job coming up with something for him to have. Alone with that he had a little tumble (as he is 1 & clumsy) and I had 5 different staff members ask if he was okay. I asked for a bandaid and 4 staff were scrambling around to find one. I cannot express how impressive this experience was. I highly recommend this amazing breakfast food along with the best service there is. Whoever owns this restaurant- you’re doing everything right. Whoever works here- thank YOU for the amazing service. & the food... chefs kiss! The pancakes are to die for.

Total A visit on Sunday 4/26. Table for 6 was handled quickly, the staff really took care of us, and the food was excellent. This was everyone's first visit to LSPH and we were all very impressed with the food and service. I hope this rings true for other locations, but the North Shadeland location is 100% worth it.

The food here was great! Our server Jeff (aka Mr.Brown) had awesome customer service and made sure our meal was made to perfection. The manager Alexa was also very helpful and accommodating.

I wanted to put this at the top of my review. Take back the things that I said this restaurant is amazing. The owner is phenomenal. He took such good care of me. He reached out personally to make sure that I was taken care of to show that he values his customers, opinions and I as a customer. Greatly appreciate that. This restaurant is amazing and I will continue to eat here forever. Thank you again for your outstanding service. I have eaten and this particular location a few times and the service is usually wonderful the service today was slow she could not come back to get me a box until I practically had to stand up. Then I asked for a bun and they charge 4.20 for a bun it's listed as toast as well as a bun I understand toast you get butter and jelly or what have you but a hamburger bun should not cost 4.20 it's just ridiculous my sandwich and fries were only 11.99 okay guess I better check prices from now on yes I realize it was my responsibility to check for the prices but damn.

Wow!! I’ve been to multiple Lincoln square pancake houses and honestly this one is the best! Taliyah was a great server! Made sure I was happy and content with my food. But also gave me enough time to enjoy my meal without interruption!

First time at this location, four months is how long they say they’ve been open. Inside is a large dining room, compartmentalized into smaller spaces. Tables, booths, split booths and counter dining available. Service is quick and spot on, with hot coffee in a clean restaurant. I ordered the “Country Lady” by far the best breakfast on the menu. Having eaten this at other Lincoln locations, this was better. A lot more delicious sausage gravy for one thing and it seemed as though the portion size was a little better. Ordered side of bacon and sourdough toast for my gravy. 28 and change for the total. My bacon and toast drove up the bill. I love eating at Lincoln, you can go to any location and expect good service, good food, hot coffee and reasonable prices. Enjoy!

I have to say that this restaurant. Was a very good restaurant for breakfast. The manager Jeff was outstanding. He was very helpful. He had knowledge about the food. He had very good customer service. He was a true gentleman. The customer services was outstanding, along with atmosphere, and the cleanness, was amazing. Had a very enjoyable breakfast.

Decided to try this new location. Was warmly greeted by Deanna the manager who seemed genuinely happy to see me. I laughed and told her I was cheating on the 56th St location to try out this new location. I think Lincoln Square is hands down the best, most consistent breakfast spot in Indy. At this new location I was served by Billy whose attitude toward his work truly sparkles. I always order the Southwest Skillet which isn't on the menu anymore but Billy knew this dish and assured they would make it for me. It was prepared as well as my regular location makes it. I have to give props to the immaculate dining room and beautifully tiled ladies' room too. I will definitely be back. Billy, my server, put a good meal clear over the top! Thank you for such sparkling great service. I will be back for sure.
